Unopened Kits
Unopened, unused GI-MAP™ test kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The kit must be in its original sealed packaging. Contact us here to initiate a return.
Opened Kits
Due to the nature of medical testing supplies, we cannot accept returns of opened or used test kits. Once a kit has been opened, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Submitted Samples
Once a stool sample has been submitted to the laboratory for analysis, no refund is available as the testing process has begun.
Damaged or Defective Kits
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
