Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most Canadian addresses. We ship to all provinces and territories including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, PEI, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
US Shipping
US orders ship via USPS. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most US addresses. We ship to all 50 states.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not included with your GI-MAP™ test kit. After collecting your sample, seal the specimen vial, place it in the return mailer provided, and ship it back at your own expense via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
Sample Stability
The GI-MAP™ collection vial contains a proprietary preservative that keeps your sample stable for up to 7 days at room temperature. This means you don't need to rush to mail your sample back — simply collect and ship at your convenience within the stability window.
