Products
We sell GI-MAP™ stool test kits for at-home collection. Test analysis is performed by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory. We are an authorized distributor and do not perform laboratory analysis ourselves.
Not Medical Advice
GI-MAP™ test results are intended for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Our service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Free standard shipping is included with all orders.
Requisition Form Modification Prohibition
The customer agrees not to check off, add, or select any additional testing elements on the requisition form beyond what is included in their purchased test package. If the customer modifies the requisition form to include additional tests, they are fully liable for all additional charges incurred.
Right to Withhold Results
We reserve the right to withhold lab results until full payment has been completed, including any additional charges resulting from requisition form modifications.
Right to Pursue Legal Action
In the event of non-payment — including non-payment of additional charges from requisition form modifications — we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover all amounts owed, plus any associated collection costs and fees.
